When an Ebay seller ships out an item, it’s up to the post office to deliver your item to the correct place. So in the worst case scenario that your item got lost, we will offer a full refund. Once you have selected the quantity of the item you want and color, then you click on the yellow PayPal button. Once you are taken to the PayPal page that asks for your e-mail and password, you then scroll down and click where it says “Pay with Debian or Credit Card.” You will then be asked for your credit/debit card information.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
