What are the delivery charges for orders?

Shipping is free on all orders! We do world wide shipping.

Which payment methods does accept?

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted! To pay with a credit/debit card, you do not need to register for a PayPal account. PayPal takes care of processing all credit/debit card transactions for us.

How secure is shopping at Is my data protected?

Your data is protected. Anime Secret Shop uses SSL to encrypt your login information and transactions. Your credit card information is 100% protected.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail invoice. Please double-check your spam box.

How will my data be used?

Your data is safe with us. will only use your data to fulfill orders.

Payment buttons do not load.

We recently experienced an issue where the payment buttons were not loading. It seems like some plugin was causing conflicts. If the payment buttons do not load for you, please clear your cookies because that’s what worked for us. If you send us a message reporting the website having loading problems, you will get a nice discount.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Tracking does not exist.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What's the return & refund policy?

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, or make a change to your order, contact us within 12 hours. Once your item has been packaged and shipped out, the order can’t be cancelled.


Our #1 priority is to have happy customers.

If you received the wrong item or your item got lost, we can send a reshipment or give a full refund!

If your item arrived damaged, send us a picture as soon as possible. We can give you a full refund or reship the same order.

If you are not happy with your item, you can return it, but it must be unused. You would have to pay for shipping costs to make the return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
